Improvements and new features
-
The crew scheduler now has a swap-request workflow!
- Point-and-click calendar interface to select a work date for swap.
- Can request to swap with any employee scheduled during the same pay period.
- Automatic notifications via SMS or email, inviting crew members to agree/disagree with a proposed swap, and later, letting them know whether it was approved or denied by management.
- Zone support, so that you can manage your schedule globally or by-zone.
- Simple HR dashboard with two-click approve/deny processing of swap requests.
- Archive of past swap requests and vacation requests.
- Employees can request a swap, or agree to join one, from home using any computer or mobile device.
To learn more, look here: Scheduled Swap Workflow.
-
If your timeclock is configured for a 2-week, 3-week, or 4-week pay period, then please visit the Preferences page under Settings and configure your pay period start date.
-
More UI improvements to the Schedule Edit page's exceptions calendar.
-
Can now disable the vacation-request workflow and the schedule-swap workflow, from the Preferences page under Settings.
-
Updated schematrons for IA, MA, and NE.
-
Improvements to the VectorCare integration:
- Auto-linking of received round trip requests.
- Support for wait-and-return trip requests, as long as both legs of the trip are accepted.
- Tolerance for the situation where a trip activates early and a crew goes on enroute but an update is received from VectorCare that tries to re-assert the previous activation time.
- More tolerance of very large bursts of trip requests received from VectorCare.
-
For invoicing, there is a new preference setting to direct AngelTrack to always print the current price quote and balance when printing an invoice. This is for use by customers who reprint rather than regenerate all unpaid invoices each month. To learn more, look at the Reinvoicing Workflow Guide.
