Improvements and new features

  1. The crew scheduler can now book your office staff! To learn more, look here: Scheduling the Work Periods of Office Staff.
  2. Many more usability improvements to the scheduler, making it faster to book the next week's work schedule, including click/drag functionality.
  3. Reminder: If you use the scheduler, and if your timeclock is configured for a 2-week, 3-week, or 4-week pay period, then please visit the Preferences page under Settings and configure your pay period start date.
  4. Updated schematrons for CA, FL, IL, IN, MI, NC, NY, and PA.
  5. Report Builder has a new dataset named Dispatches-PayorIdent that contains full counterparty information for whomever is marked as the current liable payor -- be it insurance, facility, affiliate, or patient. This dataset is useful for creating a custom report that matches the data requested by your collections agency, when transferring sold calls to them. To learn more, refer to the Sold Receivables Guide.
  6. There is also a new canned report named "Sold to Collections - Past 30" that demonstrates how to use Report Builder to create a custom collections export format and then use it to pull everything sold within the past 30 days.
  7. The Check Register can now filter by trace number.
  8. EOBs that specify a 'NON' check/EFT but include a remit number, will now be stored in the Check Register so that you can later find the EOB and its associated dispatches by searching for its remit number.
