New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. AngelTrack now has fire preplans! To learn more: Fire Preplans Guide.
2. Because the QA Review page's automatic service-level estimator can decide BLS, ALS, and ALS-2, but not MICU, it was causing confusion for MICU calls when it defaulted the QA Review form to ALS-2 service. So, going forward, the QA Review form will no longer auto-choose the service provided. Instead, it will underline the service level that it estimates was delivered, but the QA reviewer must affirmatively make the choice by clicking one of the service levels.
