New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. New "headless PCR" mode, for providers who don't have a dispatch office, where the crews receive calls directly from a call-center. To learn more, visit the Headless PCR Guide in the knowledgebase.
2. Any employee who is both a Crew member and a Call-taker will now have all the privileges conferred by headless mode, allowing them to fully self-dispatch.
3. New dataset for the Data Hub / Report Builder: Dispatches-NFIRS-Fire
4. Updated schematrons for AL, AR, CA, MD, MO, NC, PA, and VA.
5. Reminder: AngelTrack is now integrated with Stryker LIFENET to import ECG-monitor data from LIFEPAK devices. To learn more, please see the Stryker LIFENET Integration Guide.
6. Improved display of writeoff/sale payment events in the various payment event grids.
7. Tolerance for X12.277CA documents that report an invalid "date processed" (DTM*009).
8. Sequestration amounts will now appear in the "Adjust" column of payment events in invoice printouts.
9. The fire PCR's "Entity Involved" page can now auto-import the attached patient/customer as an entity-involved.
10. State custom PCR fields updated for VA.
