Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. The Customer Portal for Facilities now allows your facilities to input a customer service rating, 1 to 5 stars, for each trip, to give feedback on how well your dispatchers and crews provided service. To learn more, read the Collecting Customer Service Ratings from Facilities Guide.
2. Updated schematrons for AL, AZ, CA, IL, NY, and PA.
3. State custom PCR fields updated for GA and MI.
4. If a patient has a barcode on file, it will be printed on any subsequent invoice, like this: "Lastname (barcode) DOB", in lieu of the normal invoice format "Fullname DOB".
5. R.A.C.E. integrated stroke screen now supports an 'Absent' option for the hemiparesis question.
6. The destination facility's NPI, if any is on file, will now be automatically printed in CMS-1500 box 32b.
7. Completeness grades implemented for the fire PCR's 'Basic' module.
8. The insurance payor ID list importer now supports a "Transaction" column so that it can filter out payor IDs other than 837P/Professional.
9. Many additional fixes for the VectorCare Integration, including a new preference setting to direct AngelTrack to ignore any updates received from VectorCare once a dispatcher modifies a trip record.
10. When coding a claim, you can now specify the origin facility or the destination facility to be sent in box 32a / loop 2310C "Service Facility Location", for those few carriers who require this information. This option is only available for dispatches that have facility records attached as the origin/destination, and only when those facility records have got an NPI on file.
11. The Affiliate Edit, Facility Edit, and Patient Edit pages now all offer in the upper-left corner a convenient link to the relevant "quick statement" page; and the link will pulsate if the affiliate/facility/patient has any open invoices or ledger balance.
12. The quick statement printout now includes a chart of unsettled ledger entries.

Reminders of Upcoming Events

1. By Q4 2023, all AngelTrack servers will reject any connections originating from outside North America and ANZAC. If you have a biller in India, or if you intend to travel to foreign countries and want to access your AngelTrack server while you are there, then you must use a VPN client that can re-originate your traffic within the aforementioned countries.
