Large Improvements and New Features

  1. State upload credentials can now specify an override agency name, for uploads to states or counties which require your agency to report itself under a different name, or under a different spelling.
  2. State upload credentials now also offer explicit control of the "organization" field of the upload SOAP header, for situations like county registries which mandate a unique organization code in that field rather than the standard state agency number.

Price Increase Announcement

At AngelTrack our mission is to supply your agency with software that is quick, reliable and consistent. Additionally, we are dedicated to creating new features that will serve to increase reporting efficiency while meeting the high demands inherent to the field of EMS. Unfortunately, with inflation, and rising supplier and operational costs, we find ourselves in the unenviable position of having to increase our base price.

This price increase is held at nine percent (9%). The incentives associated with referrals will continue as will discounts on select features. The increase will be reflected in your March 2026 billing.

To the benefit of all AngelTrack customers, we will continue to improve current features, maintain our service quality, and expand support as we develop new avenues to enhance your user experience.

Reminders of Recent New Features

  1. Build 571: AngelTrack's new Custom EMS PCR Fields Library is now live, featuring 352 new fields to choose from for your PCR, with one-click install. To review the library, visit your Custom Fields List (available under 'Settings') and click the 'Library' tab. The Custom EMS PCR Fields system is part of the Enteprise PCR and hence requires the relevant add-on license. To learn more, please visit the Enteprise PCR Guide.
  2. Build 571: AngelTrack is now certified compliant on NEMSIS v3.5.1.
  3. Build 568: The following additional custom-field types can now have null values: Integer-Small, Integer-Medium, Integer-Large, Number-Real, Number-Percent, DateTime, ExpirationDate, and Text. The "[Not applicalbe]" choice appears as a tickybox, while the "[Not recorded]" choice is automatic if the field is left unanswered.
  4. Build 567: Your license for Vertex now allows 10 solves per hour (up from 6), or 30 solves per hour for the Vertex Enterprise license (up from 20).
  5. Build 566: The PCR-Narrative page's AI voice transcriber is now much faster, can handle longer recordings, and can directly activate your microphone rather than requiring you to pre-record the audio.
  6. Build 565: Facility onlookers can now download report PDFs directly from the Onlooker Dispatch Board, for calls that are still active.
  7. Build 564: There is a new 'Complaint' value called 'Standby (Vertex ignore)'. It acts like a normal Standby call, but Vertex will ignore it when solving for other calls. This allows you to book certain errands that should be exempt from Vertex solutions and from self-drive (automatic dispatching).
  8. Build 564: The VectorCare integration can now be used by third-party trip brokers whose systems are capable of emulating the VectorCare API.
  9. Build 563: AngelTrack has re-integrated with VectorCare to support their v2 webhook, which works better than v1. You can upgrade from v1 to v2 at any time by visiting your VectorCare account and changing the URL it uses to talk to AngelTrack.
  10. Build 562: NEMSIS version 3.5.1 support. If you would like to select v3.5.1 as your default NEMSIS export format for your billing system, you may do so on the Preferences page, under Settings. You can continue to import NEMSIS XMLs into AngelTrack in any version (v334, v340, v350, or v351) you happen to have.
  11. Build 561: Can now mark specific facility records as priority boosted (+1, +2, or +3) in Vertex solves, in order to prioritize responses to those facilities.
  12. Build 560: AngelTrack can now display a reminder popover to crew members when they press the 'enroute', if they have any unfinished reports that are due, according to the reports-due-after settings you've configured under Preferences. You would use this when your county or state requires very quick uploads of charts, and you want to remind your crews to work on their unfinished charts while enroute to their next call. You can activate this feature from the "Reports due" section of the Preferences page, under Settings.
  13. Build 559: AngelTrack now has an experimental webservice which emulates a state trauma registry, allowing any PCR software to upload trip data (in NEMSIS XML format) directly into AngelTrack's billing system, by means of the PCR's existing ability to upload to a trauma registry.   14. Build 559: AngelTrack has integrated with the Forward Thinking / FTSGPS AVL service to automatically pull your live vehicle data from their servers. To learn more, please visit the Forward Thinking / FTSGPS Integration Guide.

  16. Build 558: There is a new Report Builder dataset named 'PCR-Signatures' that reports all signatures collected by the PCR over a date range.
  17. Build 557: The EDI importer and the automatic workflow now gracefully tolerate out-of-order EOBs, where the secondary's adjudication has a production date earlier than the primary's, owing to different adjudication cycle lengths.
  18. Build 556: Two new datasets in Report Builder's "Dispatches" category.
  19. Build 555: AngelTrack has integrated with RoscoLive / RoscoVision to pull geolocation data from your AVL devices into AngelTrack. To learn more, please visit the RoscoLive AVL Guide.
  20. Build 554: There is a new type of custom PCR field, which collects a current geolocation from the user. You can place one of these fields onto a signature form to make it into a geolocated attestation, the way the PCS and McPAN forms do.
  21. Build 554: The PPE fields on the PCR-Crew tab can now be extended via the custom picklist value system, allowing you to add new types of PPE gear.
  22. Build 554: AngelTrack has re-integrated with Stryker, to accept case data via Stryker's new v2 API. All Stryker import functionality within AngelTrack is unchanged, but you can now pull data from any new LIFEPAK 35 monitors.
  23. Build 553: You can now add any number and type of custom fields to the PCR signature forms -- both the built-in signature forms, and any new signature forms you create. This allows you to create fillable questionnaires with electronic signature, which the crew can fill out on-scene. To learn more, please visit the Custom Signature Forms Guide.   24. Build 553: You can now attach documents to a facility record. The Facility Edit page has a new "Documents" tab for this purpose.
  25. Build 552: Customers with an Enterprise PCR license can now customize the PCR signature forms, and add new ones. To learn more, please visit the Document Templates Guide. To activate your Enterprise PCR license, please visit your Feature Buffet, available from the Authorization page.
  26. Build 551: Two more datafields now have custom picklist values: Vehicle Type and Medication Dosage Units.
  27. Build 551: For those who use AngelTrack all day long and would enjoy a change: There are three new color schemes, "Red", "ClassicSlate", and "OliveDrab", augmenting the existing "Purple" and "Green" color schemes. You may recognize the ClassicSlate color scheme if you used AngelTrack prior to 2022. You can try out a color scheme by visiting the Support page and clicking the "HTML5 Control Preferences" item.
