AngelTrack's Report Builder offers a tool to search every available data column in each data set quickly, which allows you to find the particular data set you need.

The Report Builder is security aware, with each dataset accessible by the specific roles that have access to the underlying data.

Once you select the appropriate dataset and load the data payload into your Builder, you can quickly manage the data.

Easily format the data by using the Columns Control Pane, allowing you to select which columns you want to work with right now.

Add any number of filters for any datatype (including sentences) using the Filters Control Pane or by selecting the column and editing it on the Data Pane.

Quickly sort the data in any order you wish, by simply clicking the Columns in the Data Pane.

You can also easily pin/unpin important columns to the left/right by clicking the Columns in the Data Pane.

The Report Builder's Pivot Table mode allows you to quickly pivot row data into column headers.

Simply enable Pivot Mode to build a simple but powerful report in three steps.

Drag the column you want to perform the aggregate operation on (such as Dispatch ID) into the Values Box and then select the operation you want to perform (such as count or sum).

Drag the column you want to group into the Column Labels box, such as Activation Month.

Drag the row data you want to pivot into a column header, such as Service Provided into the Row Groups box.

This is the report you would have built, which is a count of the number of calls of each service level per month.

Below is a very similar chart with this report as its base and a bit of polish.

The Report Builder comes with several lightweight features designed specifically for smaller, quicker operations.

A quick-search box at the bottom searches every row in every column for the value put in by the user.

The Dispatch ID Column is special, allowing users with sufficient permissions to right-click the Dispatch ID and quickly view or download the full PCR Report.

The Search Box at the top of the Columns Control Pane allows you to search all columns in your current dataset's payload.

The Row Count at the bottom allows you to see how many records are currently being shown after all applicable filtering.

The Report Builder allows you to build as many charts as you want, either with different sets of filters on your data (by unlinking) or multiple charts on the same set of filters.

It's extremely intuitive once you begin using it.

You can also quickly experiment with different chart types, and compare them side-by-side.

You can incorporate calculated columns alongside groups to perform a very advanced analysis, such as the average response distance/time to a specific facility compared to the same datapoint of a different facility. See below for an advanced analysis of distance to facility, average payments received to the facility, and the average time it takes for a dispatch to be fully paid.

Once you've compared the grouped data, and you've selected a specific facility you want to drill down on, simply click that facility. Each of the calls and its specific data is shown. Notice that AngelTrack helpfully highlights the different call types in a different color, Brown indicating a Wheelchair call and Blue indicating a BLS call.

The Report Builder tool allows you to save any number of reports, each with its own set of filters and charts. You can also configure a floating data window or a fixed data window.

For example, you can conduct an analysis of the last thirty days, or a specific calendar year. 

Lastly, you can also publish reports or set them to only be visible by you.

The Report Builder can send your saved reports by email with one button click.

Once you've saved a report and are happy with the results, simply configure a comma-separated list of email addresses where you'd like to send the report. Please be aware that some reports can contain PHI; AngelTrack's email system is HIPAA compatible, but the recipient must also have a HIPAA secure email provider. Finally, select whether or not you want the recipient to receive the underlying data or just the charts.

Once you are ready to email a report, simply navigate to the specific report or the list of all saved reports and click the email button. The recipient should receive the report almost immediately.
