EMS Pricing
AngelTrack’s EMS package is an All-In-One EMS & Fire solution which is designed to take an agency completely from paper to an electronic RMS or replace multiple expensive and clunky software systems at once. The system is extensible such that many different integration points exist allowing data to flow in or out as desired by the client. Our pricing is not modularized, and we do not charge ordinary implementation, hosting, or training fees. Your month-to-month package offers all core systems, with options to purchase our premium add-ons as desired.
AngelTrack’s pricing is a month-to-month subscription plan, allowing agencies freedom to try out the system or switch whenever the timing is right. In Accordance with our AngelTrack Guarantee, we never require contracts for customers. If you’d prefer a contract, to either lock in your price or coordinate with other departments and/or City Officials, we certainly offer them, but they have a clause that the customer can terminate for “either cause or convenience”.

Enterprise Package
Designed for the elite client with needs that extend beyond a call volume requirement or constraint. Enterprise will be assigned an AngelTrack Specialist who will work one or one with the client to develop a package to meets the needs of this specialized level of EMS services. Verification process required to qualify for this level.
Startup Package
AngelTrack proudly presents our EMS package at a substantially discounted rate for volunteer-based, non-profit, or other qualifying agencies. The complete system, encompassing CAD/Billing, is accessible at a modest $250 per month.
Should qualify for this package, we kindly ask you to undertake a brief verification process. This is our way of supporting the invaluable services these agencies provide to our communities.
Fire Pricing
The pricing charges listed below are per the Number of stations.
For example: a department with 4 stations and that wants CAD and Billing would pay $275 per station or $1100 a month.
AngelTrack understands the diverse nature of agencies, each having a completely distinct set of needs and circumstances surrounding their software needs. Some agencies may opt to coordinate with their Dispatch Center, whether it be run by a PSAP, Sheriff’s Department, Police Department, etc. and utilize the full extent of AngelTrack’s CAD system.
Other agencies may choose to use one of our integration systems to automatically drop in CAD data from their Dispatch Center. We offer different pricing packages for each type of agency, depending on whether or not they use CAD Functionality.
As noted above, in our AngelTrack Guarantee, we do not charge ordinary implementation fees, including CAD integrations. There is no ordinary charge to develop an integration with a CAD, and we have multiple existing integrations as well as a publicly documented CAD integration API. Upgrade Policy
AngelTrack diligently manages upgrades at the commencement of your subsequent billing cycle, typically on a monthly basis. We take pride in providing an array of pricing plans and/or contractual agreements, specifically tailored to your needs.
For EMS Suite upgrades
We enact these after a three-month running average surpasses the call volume threshold. Upon processing the upgrade, your forthcoming payment will reflect the higher license level, naturally in accordance with your selected payment plan.
For Fire Agencies
Station upgrades are activated following the successful integration of new stations into the software. Upon processing this upgrade, your subsequent payment will correspond to the adjusted amount. This approach ensures transparency and fairness in our pricing, while keeping your team's operational effectiveness at the forefront.
